We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis.

A successful candidate will:

 Identify, develop and close sales opportunities with prospective and existing customers by promoting our products and services.

 Develop a strong understanding of B2B sales and related trends and the challenges faced by B2B manufacturers

 Setup and manage tasks to improve current processes and tools.

 Work closely with Marketing and other members of the Sales team to share insights to help inform the constant improvement of our sales process, materials, positioning, messaging, etc.

 Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain demos and other tools to showcase the value and differentiation of Aleran’s platform.

 Build relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders with prospective customers.

 Deliver technical sales presentations and product demonstrations to customers.

 Work with customers to ensure that they receive a high level of customer service and support.

 Participate in industry events and conferences to promote our products and services.

Requirements:

 Minimum of five years experience in software sales, preferably SaaS.
 Familiarity with B2B sales processes is preferred.
 Strong technical knowledge of SaaS, iPaaS, and related technologies is preferred.
 Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
 Experience with consultative selling and solution department.
 Excellent presentation and communication skills.
 Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
 Ability to travel as needed.
 Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, employees, or senior management.

Will be an advantage:

 Experience in eCommerce
 Experience in Manufacturing software sales
